11.) seek out good health. This means make and keep ALL necessary medical appointments. Including, but not limited to: dentist, optometrist, dermatologist, gp, gyn...all of them.
12.) call my mom, grandfather and sister once a week.
13.) plan solo trips with each of my children...make it everything they want-their current dream days.
14.) find a way to make yoga class...at least once a week. Carve out the time.
15.) take myself somewhere, in Autumn of this 40th year, to take a walk, that has leaves for me to crunch as I go.
16.) write a letter at least once a month...mail it.
17.) compliment someone every day
18.) compliment myself every day
19.) define my signature drink. (so many choices)
20.) zip line through a rainforest
